About Us

Studio Roberto Paoli & Partners works between form and strategy, convinced that the quality of design is measured as much in the clarity of a line as in the clarity of an idea. Based in Milan, the studio operates across different scales: from product to interior, from installation to brand consultancy. Technical knowledge of materials and production processes is the starting point, finding its form in the coherence between intention and result. Over the years the studio has collaborated with Italian and international brands, complementing design partnerships with an ongoing art direction practice.

Roberto Paoli

Founder__Architect

Graduated in architecture from the University of Florence, he has dedicated his career to small-scale design of objects, spaces and systems, with the conviction that the quality of a project is measured in the details that go unseen.

Camilla Saccani

Partner__Project Director

Product designer, graduated from the Politecnico di Milano, with a Master in Design Management from Il Sole 24 Ore. She has collaborated with the studio since 2012 and became Partner in 2025. She oversees project management and client relations, ensuring coherence between design objectives and their realization.

Danilo Mangini

Partner__Design Director

Product designer, graduated from the Politecnico di Milano. He has collaborated with the studio since 2011 and became Partner in 2025. He follows every project from concept definition to engineering, with a continuous vision across all phases of development.
