Cordiale is an indoor and outdoor collection comprising a linear counter, a corner counter, and a reception/display unit, later expanded with pendant lights and wall sconces, a battery-powered lamp, and a mirror in two sizes. In Cordiale, function becomes the primary driver of form, the project's ambition goes beyond the representation of beauty, seeking a balance between functional, technical, and aesthetic considerations. Cordiale brings a gently retro character to contemporary spaces. The geometries of the design, as well as its surface finishes, evoke materials such as stone and hand-crafted wood. After all, ordering a "cordiale" at a bar today is a pleasantly nostalgic gesture, a fond nod to tradition.
